Q. How much will it cost?
A. From $24/SqFt and up for basic vinyl to about $43 per square foot for brick with complete finish and electricity.(prices provided here are to be used as a guideline and are subject to specified materials, site work, upgrades and elevation changes)
Q. Is a building permit required?
A. All permits and inspections are included in our projects. All construction built to exceed current Tennessee 2006IRC regulations.
Q. How long will construction take?
A. All construction takes time to complete and a standard answer here is a educated guess. Plan for 3 weeks on simple projects and 12 weeks on the more complex projects and we will all be happy when the job is complete.
Q. How flexible can I be with what's included in my garage?
A. We will help you plan this stage and get the right products for your custom garage.
Q. Will you just build the shell and let us put our own siding on and install our own windows?
A. Unfortunately we can not allow this because we will need to have a final inspection by your county or city inspector to complete the project and collect funds.
Q. Should we talk to the city and get all the answers before you come out?
A. In most cases it is better to let a Representative of All American Builders handle all the legal issues for you. We will meet with codes and handle all this for your convenience.
Q. How big is a standard garage?
A. We get asked this a lot and generally a 24x24 is a standard 2 car a 16x20 a single car and a 24x32 a 3 car. This greatly changes according to your 3 vehicles...plan ahead.
Q. Do you offer bonus rooms above the garage?
A. Yes we do build full living spaces with actual stairs and landings. Or it can be a pull-down stair system for storage or decorations.
Q. Do you build Attached and Detached Garages?
A. Yes we build single story, story and a half 2 story garages.
